She has something if not Jeffy kinda magic but something which is similar to what Jeff had in some his performances. When Naim is in her live moment it can come through but listening those "official" productions, clips with their studio sound gives nothing to indicate more about herself. Well, for me.

How was the Dylan clip? Noone is a fan of big D? How come?? Smiley

her album (which is still good) did her absolutely no justice to her in live performance...

(and  besides - to judge someone by one song that Apple played to death in an ipod advert is pretty shallow Smiley

as for the dylan clip - he's an old man, but all respect to an old master... dylan is dylan Smiley

kinda why i'm not sure if i wanna go to the Leonard Cohen gig... surely he's a shadow of his former glory? but then he's unlikely to tour ever again... *sigh*

hehe, seemed to have caused a stir LOL

i personally dont like that song, just forumlates into like a childs rhyme in my brain. but thats just one guys little opinion! listened to some clips tho, she's got some talent so i have no objections being on music scene (hahaha) unlike most 'nme' bands. altho im sure her singing in three languages will cause some over-the-top excitment.

one vocalist i did like (before she was plastered everywhere) was Duffy. shes more edgier/husky for me. lol

yeh dylan clippy was cool btw Buda

Alright ya guys, then everything is set if Dylan is still cool for yous. I mean alright. Wink

And let's put it this way, Naim needs some time for us and herself to prove or turn out herself to what she seems or IS capable for doing if you know what I mean Wink
